This selection does not rank buildings by age or size. Tokyo shows the restored Marunouchi side; St Pancras frontage includes its former hotel. Haydarpasa and Sirkeci are distinct buildings on different sides of Istanbul. Sirkeci is illustrated by historic arched doors and stained-glass windows, not the modern main entrance.
